Select the service that will best serve your needs.

*Important*

Unless you have the exact reference photo for your tattoo service or are getting a text tattoo, we kindly ask that you first have a consultation with your artist. In the consultation, we will discuss your needs, develop custom concepts and begin the collaborative process. From there you will be given a recommendation on which appointment duration will be most appropriate for your project.

If you don't think you need a consultation and you're still in doubt about the time needed for the tattoo, feel free to send an email or call the shop.

For a one-hour tattoo appointment, consider a small, simple design like a minimalist line drawing, a small symbol, or a simple piece of lettering. Aim for a tattoo that's roughly the size of a thumb or smaller. Opt for designs with minimal shading or simple color gradients. Have the design ready so to reduce the time needed for prep.

A small to medium-sized tattoo with clean linework, minimal colors, and simple shading is ideal for a 2-hour session. Keep the design between 3-6 inches, with larger pieces requiring less detail. Opt for minimalist styles like symbols, caricatures, illustrative florals, bold-line traditional designs, or lettering. Avoid intricate shading or complex color gradients, as realistic tattoos aren't achievable in this timeframe. However, larger or more detailed designs can always be completed over multiple shorter sessions.

A half-day (4-hour) tattoo appointment allows for greater detail and complexity than a short session but still has some limitations. Ideal designs range from 6-10 inches, depending on detail and placement. Suitable styles include detailed black & gray pieces, American traditional or smaller neo-traditional designs with bold lines and strong gradients, Japanese or ornamental designs with moderate complexity, and bold illustrative work. Moderate shading and simple to moderate color work are achievable, though extensive color blending may require multiple sessions. Smaller portraits or realism (excluding full-body realism) and larger lettering or script with decorative elements also work well within this timeframe.

A full-day tattoo appointment (6-8 hours) allows for larger, more detailed designs, such as highly detailed black & gray, neo-traditional, Japanese, or realism in a manageable size. Full shading and complex color work are possible, though full realism and large-scale color blending may require multiple sessions. Ideal tattoos for this timeframe include black & gray realism quarter sleeves, single-subject realism or portrait tattoos, neo-traditional or Japanese designs with bold shading and vibrant colors, large illustrative or ornamental pieces like mandalas, biomechanical, or gothic work, and bigger script or lettering with decorative elements. Partial sleeve or back piece foundations can also be started in this session. However, full sleeves, back pieces, and leg sleeves require multiple sittings for proper layering and healing, while extensive full-color realism and intricate geometric or dotwork designs over large areas are impractical due to the time required for blending and precision. Sensitive areas like the ribs or spine may also be more difficult to complete in one sitting due to discomfort.
